In my Prayers.

As I sit here, I don't know what to write or how to express my sadness for this sweet family. I have known them and captured their family and their boys photos for 2 years, the last time was 4 months ago for Hunters newborn photos. Another client of mine, and a close friend of theirs, called me tonight to tell me that Hunter suddenly passed away today. I can't even wrap my head around what they are feeling.

This has really hit home and put things into perspective. Everyone take a little extra time tonight with their loved ones, especially the little ones in our lives, because you just never do know. And please add the Stuckey family in your prayers.

Heather, Troy and Carter..... you are in my Prayers.

Fall Scheduling Information

I have had an over abundance of inquiries for fall sessions, I love seeing my returning clients and meeting new ones (thank you all for the referrals!) Believe me, this is a good problem to have, although there is just not enough time in the days or weeks to get all the sessions in and then to edit and prepare packages, not to mention balancing life and spending well needed time with my 3 kids and husband.

I have decided to add ONE more day for mini sessions— here are the details:

*this will be for UP TO 2 CHILDREN ONLY (additional fees will apply for more than 2 children)

One of MY family today

We had Erik's birthday party at Deardorf Apple Orchard today and the weather was BEAUTIFUL. The kids had a blast and Erik had a great day.

I had my friend AJ snap one of our family since we haven't had one in quite awhile. Thought I'd share :)

Mini Session Teaser | Historic Grain Belt Brewery Photographer

Thanks for the EIGHT awesome families that came out Sunday for my mini sessions at the Historic Grain Belt Brewery in NE Minneapolis.

Keeping with the theme, we had some Grain Belt Premium to help the dads (AND the moms) loosen up a little and know that we were there for a fun time. I really think everyone did have a great time. Here is Corey, he was the first to enjoy this "treat" and it was BEFORE NOON!
