I've known this adorable family for awhile now, I think since little Miss Sass-a-frass was about 18 months old. She is sure full of spunk and I LOVE it — love capturing her spunky personality. Little Mr. "A" and Mom and Dad are quite the riots too.

Back in May I found this MAGICAL spot down the road from my house, I knew it would have beautiful lighting as the sun began to set. So one evening my friend, Jenay (www.jumpphotos.net) and I had an impromptu session with our kids. Here are some of the images we took of my three. They actually cooperated (no fighting, no yelling, limited stress on my end) for us, and I was thrilled. I just don't get time to take picture of my own kids. LOVE THEM!

I spent a lot of time with this family growing up, Christin and I were partners in crime in Middle School and through High School. I was so excited to take their photos now that their family has grown so much.

This adorable family visited me from Switzerland, talk about flattering.

We met at the Mill City Museum, it was a beautiful day (mid 30's) and we had a great time.

So nice to meet you. I hope we can make it a tradition to see you all each time you are in Minnesota.

Braving the SNOW | Minneapolis Family Photographer

This was a great day for outdoor winter photos. It wasn't "too" cold, but man the snow was up past our knees in most spots. Makes for an interesting session, but the whole family was so cooperative (considering most were not from cold weather states) and we got some great shots all while singing Christmas Carols :)

Then we heading into the studio to warm up a bit. How cute are these girls?
