Every time I have these two cuties on my schedule, I get so excited. I don't know any other brother and sister duo that get a long so well and "work the camera" the way they do. I've known this adorable family for awhile now, I think since little Miss Sass-a-frass was about 18 months old. She is sure full of spunk and I LOVE it — love capturing her spunky personality. Little Mr. "A" and Mom and Dad are quite the riots too.

My Trio | Victoria Children's Photographer

Back in May I found this MAGICAL spot down the road from my house, I knew it would have beautiful lighting as the sun began to set. So one evening my friend, Jenay (www.jumpphotos.net) and I had an impromptu session with our kids. Here are some of the images we took of my three. They actually cooperated (no fighting, no yelling, limited stress on my end) for us, and I was thrilled. I just don't get time to take picture of my own kids. LOVE THEM!

I spent a lot of time with this family growing up, Christin and I were partners in crime in Middle School and through High School. I was so excited to take their photos now that their family has grown so much.

Quite a few favs's from this session with these 2 boys. Usually boys are NOT cooperative, but these 2 were great!

It was quite appropriate that we found a hockey net outside to take photos with.... they are both hockey players. Lucas is an AWESOME defenseman (my son Nik's defensive mate from last season) and Zach a goalie.

This was such a great session. Mainly because this family is so sweet and Mr. B is so easy to photograph. But shooting in the greenhouse was SO MUCH FUN! Thanks Z's for coming out to see me.

California Dreamin' | Destination Session

This post in on the larger side since these cuties hold a very special spot in my heart....

I was lucky enough this past April to spend a few days with my cousin and her family in San Diego, it had been too long. Her and I whopped it up and this midwestern girl even surfed (maybe I'll post pics of that, IF you're lucky). It was just the best trip.

Here are some shots we got of her awesome kids. I am looking forward to heading back.... SOON!
